The real estate market is always changing. Regardless of how long you plan to be in your home, knowing what the market is doing means that you're already prepared for when the time to move comes. Our job is to know the market inside and out and we are happy to share this information with you.

In order to be as accurate as possible, we will look at both the subject property and comparable properties. We take into consideration improvements that have been made and how it might affect the home's value. To give the most accurate estimate, we typically like to visit the property, but will still offer an analysis without seeing it in person.
